- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Since having my credit union merge with BlueOx it has been horrific. Before the merge they were helpful, skilled, and friendly. Not now! The fees are insane - especially for their poor communication skills and service being the result of the fees! They have terrible customer service, policies, and representatives for their place of business. Their online banking is often not working and phone calls are hardly returned unless THEY NEED YOU (forget getting answers if you need them).
